Beach House is an upscale yet casual restaurant offering incredible view of Seven Mile Beach and inviting, intimate atmosphere. The cuisine is centered on coastal living and foods from the Caribbean, Mediterranean and Asia. These items and influences have been brought together by Executive Chef Sandy Tuason. Local, sustainable fish and produce from the islands are incorporated into the cuisine. Seafood is the mainstay of the menu, with other culinary delights such as beef, lamb and pork highlighted as well.

MEET THE CHEF

Chef Sandy Tuason, Executive Chef
As Executive Chef of the award-winning Westin Grand Cayman Seven Mile Beach Resort & Spa, Chef Sandy Tuason draws on his culinary career to oversee all dining operations at the resort. He is responsible for menu creation and product procurement for seven food & beverage outlets including the AAA 4 Diamond Beach House Coastal Cuisine.

Chef Tuason arrived at Westin Grand Cayman following a two-year role at the New York Palace Hotel. Previously, Chef Tuason held high-level positions within dining operations at renowned hotels and resorts across North America, including Executive Chef at AAA 4 Diamond Mauna Lani Bay Hotel and Bungalows in Kohala Coast, Hawaii and Executive Sous Chef at Le Madri in New York and Stagaire at Le Gavroche, a Michelin Two-Star classical French restaurant in London spearheaded by Chefs Albert Roux and Michel Roux.
