American at its roots, inspiration for cuisine will be drawn from the unique Boston landscape but tempered by seasonal variations, locally sourced food, all resulting in a “one of a kind” approach to our food and drink. The bar highlights handmade craft cocktails and micro brews including a special beer brewed specifically for OUTLOOK Kitchen and Bar, small batch bourbons, single malt scotches, an interesting, carefully selected wine program, fresh juices and mixers and house made sodas.

Cuisine:
Progressive/Creative American New England Influences. Gluten Free, Vegan, Allergies: Scratch kitchen and can gladly accommodate.

Patio Dining:
Seasonal Al Fresco dining (April /May – October / November) based on weather.

MEET THE CHEF

Tatiana Pairot Rosana – Chef De Cuisine

A first generation American, Tatiana Pairot Rosana grew up in Miami in a traditional Cuban family where food always took center stage, whether in times of joy, sorrow or celebration. After graduating from Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts in 2010, Rosana moved to Boston to nourish her culinary career and landed an externship at Harvest Restaurant in Harvard Square, where she met the first great female Chef Mary Dumont, who Rosana credits with shaping the course of her culinary career and teaching her more than she ever could have learned in school. Today, Rosana heads Outlook Kitchen and Bar, Lookout Rooftop and Bar. She describes her culinary approach as more of a philosophy than a style. Inspired by her wife’s Korean heritage, her own Cuban background, French training and New England experience, Rosana is guided by her curiosity and openness to new cuisines.
